Market Conditions: Brunswick County, North Carolina

Brunswick County market experts at Century 21 Anne Arnold are reporting that home sales in their part of the country have remained constant from May 2007 to May 2008.

They say that prices are down 28 percent for homes and 38 percent for land during this same period, making it a great time to buy.

Century 21 Anne Arnold experts argue that these market conditions indicate they are still in a downward market, but despite that possibility, properties are selling in their are when priced correctly.

The bright spot for this market is that their is a wealth of inventory, and homes will continue to be sold as long as sellers understand absorption rate pricing.
