Homeseekers.com Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HMSK - News), d/b/a Realigent, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS) to provide its popular MLS access software, Lightning 2000i, to FNIS' MLS customers.

Lightning 2000i is a Windows-based desktop application designed to make legacy and Web-based MLS systems more user friendly. Lightning 2000i has many functions and features designed to complement existing MLS systems, including many choices of report styles and off-line searching capability. Lightning 2000i also includes a real estate-specific browser to make using Web-based MLS systems even easier, continuing Realigent's commitment to empowering agents to help them grow their business.
