HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! "We have plenty of housing inventory from which to choose. Sales are slow, so sellers are offering thousands of dollars in incentives to tempt you to buy. Prices are flat. Interest rates are still historically low. Sounds to me... MORE->

There are currently over 3,000 vacant land parcels available in Citrus County (slightly down from last month). There are over 3,300 homes for sale in Citrus County. Sellers have dropped their prices to levels seen in 2003-2004. The inventory of... MORE->
