Except for Gas Prices things are about the same this fall and winter. Both Jazz Fest and The Rehoboth Film Festival were well attended. We are seeing the people who have waited for the bottom start to make offers and the buzz on Rt. 24 is... MORE->

Looking for a beach place? Now is the time to buy. Prices are edging down and seller's are looking at all offers. Inventory is up and the days on market is increasing. Lower end homes are still moving while the upper end properties are taking longer... MORE->
